Structural and finish carpentry by a licensed builder — the fiddly repairs nobody else turns up for.
Doors that stick, drag, won't latch or won't lock — fixed the same visit, hardware supplied.

Patch, prep and paint — inside and out, with the surface prepared properly first.
Water gets into everything. We find where it's getting in and seal it properly.
Set up as a maintenance contractor for agents, landlords and owners' corporations across Victoria.
Stay ahead of itInstead of waiting for things to break, book a regular visit. Gutters, seals and timber checked, small repairs done on the spot.
Before you buy, before you sell, or before a landlord's maintenance budget is set.
Wind, hail and fallen branches don't wait for business hours. We make it safe first, repair it properly after.
Twenty years on commercial sites means we work around your trading hours, not the other way around.

Who's turning up
Twenty years running commercial sites — the same standard applied to a small repair. Fixed prices, tidy work, and a phone call the moment anything changes.
Based in Melbourne, servicing all of Victoria. Metro jobs are booked week to week; regional work is scheduled on regular runs, so you get a confirmed date, not a maybe.
Opening hours
On the tools during the day, answering the phone early and late. If we're up a ladder when you ring, leave a message — every call gets returned the same day.
Shops, offices and cafés can be booked after close or on a weekend so the work doesn't cost you a day's trade.
Quotes are written up of an evening, so a job sent through during the day usually has a price back the next morning.
